Enterprise products live inside workflows. I start by understanding the people, handoffs, constraints, exceptions and business outcomes behind the request.
02 — Find the reusable pattern
A customer-specific request can often become a product capability. The goal is to convert one-off implementation work into scalable configuration and architecture.
03 — Design for intelligence
AI should remove operational friction, not become another layer of complexity. I look for where agents, knowledge and automation can change the workflow itself.
04 — Measure the outcome
Go-live speed, adoption, user scale, support bandwidth and repeatability matter more than feature volume.
